The Fantasy Football League is a group of Team Owners who, using wisdom, forethought and lots of luck, draft NFL players to build their teams. A schedule is drawn up based on the first 13 weeks of the NFL season. The Fantasy Football League teams play against each other for these weeks. Playoffs are held in weeks 14, 15, 16 & 17 of the NFL season. Week 17 is the Fantasy Bowl. Each Fantasy team owner's lifelong dream is to win the Fantasy Bowl.

The NFL season is elevated from a spectator sport to an incredibly exciting season of ups and downs. The team owners can spend hours reading player stats and injury reports as well as watching sportscasts and pregame shows, all in search of the unknown sleeper or the hot rookie.

Each week the owners call in their active roster of 7 players from their team of 12 players. Line-ups must be called in between 7:00 and 9:00 pm on Wednesday evenings.

After call-in evening, each team can make 1 change prior to kick off of the first game of the week. If an owner does not make a Thursday pre-game change, that owner may still make 1 lineup change prior to the start of the next game.
